I know you could have been sitting in a slightly different position, but it seems to me that your shoulders/arms are also noticeably thinner also. The incredible shrinking man!

another thought...Ed took his blood sugar the other day and with all the changes I have made around here....and yes, he still eats turkey bacon and eggs in the morning and a piece of dead meat for dinner, his blood sugar was down to 68 so I told him he needs to cut back on his pills! That's a good sign and he is down to 197 or so. Still working on him!
