That is SO SO awesome! :D :D :D Wish I had a clapping emoticon for you! Your face really looks quite a bit different already, those gorgeous eyes are showing through more and more. I know you could have been sitting in a slightly different position, but it seems to me that your shoulders/arms are also noticeably thinner also. The incredible shrinking man!

You can also see the difference in the way your clothes fit. Your shirt is a lot more loose.

I am glad to see you posting at the mothership site again as well. This past month has been really interesting with the passing of the Health Care and the idiot rantings of Palin! I love pointing out to the trolls how ignorant they are.

another thought...Ed took his blood sugar the other day and with all the changes I have made around here....and yes, he still eats turkey bacon and eggs in the morning and a piece of dead meat for dinner, his blood sugar was down to 68 so I told him he needs to cut back on his pills! That's a good sign and he is down to 197 or so. Still working on him! :D

Hi Kirk! GREAT NEWS! I'm so happy you are doing so well. How is Jeanette doing? When do we get to see updated pics of your progress? Keep up the good work. How are your legs/feet feeling? Are you able to walk more and ride your bike more? Glad to see you here. :-D

Hi,
That is wonderful news. I always love hearing how you are doing. Have you ever thought about writing a book about this journey. You write so well and it would help many people.
Or maybe a speaker to teach people how to keep on keeping on.
Either way you have a amazing story to tell.
Take Care.

Hi Kirk!

It's great to see you again! I was wondering yesterday, looking at the testimonials, how you were doing.

Looks like you're doing okay  and I'm proud of you for making it to the halfway point. Keep on going.

I do hope you can post here more often, my friend.

blessings, Heidi
