well today wasn't very good.
Breakfast: coffee with nondairy creamer, vegan cheese sauce and baked corn chips, peaches
Lunch: spaghetti, serving of just eggs, ice tea and strawberries and bananas
Dinner: vegan chili, lavash, vegan bratwurst with, mustard and onions ,and dill pickles ,water and peaches
Snacks: coffee with non dairy creamer and 3 peppermint cookies
