B - crockpot pumpkin pie oats

L - veggie chili over brown rice

S - apple

D - stirfries (cabbage, carrots, onion, pepper) over brown rice

I need to cook some veggie soup, some beans, and some grains for the coming week today. If I have them prepared, then I am prepared. :)

Love the board name. Are you a Perry Mason fan?

B - cherry pie crockpot oats

L - shredded salad with Bryanna's cheesy salad dressing, 4 corn tortillas with refried bean/vegetable mixture

snack - Oatmeal bran cookies from the McDougall cookbook, banana

S - Southwestern bean salad, baked potatoes with salad dressing

Today is definitely more than just a bit off MWL with all the grain products and cookies with raisins and dates. BUT - I feel great and am enjoying myself!

Clary: Yes I certainly am a BIG fan of Perry Mason. The first half of Season One was recently released on DVD. I just love the way Barbara Hale portrayed the Della Street character so I thought why not use Della as my username.
