Took 2 days off from all exercising. But, today will get back to it by walking a track 30 minutes and doing 3 sets of strength training machines.

Yesterday's steps = 7800, just slightly below my prediction.

Today: walk to work, and also to the post office on campus. Still anticipating 8000 steps.

Getting back into the groove. 3.5 miles run/walk. I am in training for my 10th half marathon.
