Postby PattyC » Thu Oct 26, 2006 9:49 am

Groundhog(g) :-D - are you a "pinch of this - pinch of that" kind of cook or do you have any measurements on the chili mac - it sounds delicious!

L: apple and chili mac made with rice macaroni noodles found (VERY CHEAP!!!) in the Chinese aisle of the International market...the chili mac has onions, tomatoes, corn, black beans, shiitake mushrooms, and spices...garlic, cumin, coriander, hot peppers, cilantro, cinnamon, salt and black pepper.
