Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins and soymilk; English muffin with blackberry jelly; orange juice

Lunch: pasta with crushed seasoned tomatoes; veggie; banana

Dinner at work: sweet potato; peaches; tortilla

We ended up going out for dinner last night. I ordered side dishes served up on a plate: steamed fresh veggies, broccoli, mashed red potatoes. Those mashed spudz were really terrific. After mashing, they put them in a little single serve casserole dish and then either baked or broiled them. They had a wonderful crust on top, then all the creamy potato underneath. I really enjoyed that. :-D

Good morning everyone.

Today is an "organized" day so I can post with some degree of accuracy!

B - Crockpot Oats w/blueberries (first time to make - even the hubby loved them!) Outstanding!
S - Cup of homemade mushroom soup
L - Huevos Rancheros Beans/brown rice - broccoli
S - popcorn (that worked great yesterday for my afternoon munchies!)
D - Sweet potato w/ mixed veggies that I created with crookneck squash, zucchini squash, carrots and corn on the cob - delicious
S - Waldorf salad (like dessert to me) 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, some diced celery and 1 level T of chopped walnuts

I've gotten so many ideas from you all - THANK YOU for being so kind and sharing!
Pat

smoothie with banana, strawberries, peach and blueberries
grits with dried cherries
steamed greens, potatoes, and bbq sauce
sauteed winter squash, brussels sprouts, and artichokes
apple
2 rice crackers with the last bites of mung bean spread
Kashi cereal (Why? It has wheat in it. Old habits die hard, it was always one of my favorites) I'm feeding the rest of the box to the dogs, the cats like it too
