Now that I read the new Star McDougaller article, I'm going to tighten up on eating 1% off -

B - fruit salad, cherry-banana-flax smoothie
L - kale, rice, mushroom, butternut squash pilaf
D - (early, cause going out with friends at 3:00) - veggie Chinese restaurant. Will probably get a 5-type mushroom and brown rice dish
S - if hungry later - salad
Grateful

I'm also tightening up my eating plan after....

....reading Dr. McDougall's comments from the latest Star McDougaller.

B - oatmeal

L - large salad w/lots of chopped veggies & ff dressing, soup

D - boiled dinner, salad

S - apple, grapes
Have a great day!!

B - crockpot pumpkin pie oats ( this is the last of it) I may try making apple pie oats tonight. My kitchen would smile wonderful tomorrow morning.

L - potato/cabbage soup

D - Baked beans over buckwheat groats (still working on my pantry cleanout), sauted collard greens with garlic

S - ???? If I go with my grandsons to the local pumpkin patch, I may have roasted corn on the cob. Besides pumpkins, there is a corn maze. I may get lost.

:)

Good morning everyone! :D

B - Made my healthy whole wheat pancakes for Hubby and the boys. Had
cantalope and apples with it. I just had the cantalope and apple.

L - Big salad with lots of raw veggies

D - It's my younger son's 15th birthday and he wanted to eat at Green
Burrito. The men will eat that stuff, I'm going to have some steamed
asparagus and a bake potato.

S - large restaurant baked potato with teensy bit of ketchup

snack - refried beans and baked tortilla chips, large apple, one banana, shredded salad and dressing
