Hello Everyone. This will be the first time I get to post here. I had some female surgery on Aug. 14th, and this morning my doctor finally said I could start excercising again. It has been the longest 11 weeks of my life, let me tell you! :( I am used to being very active, so this was so hard to do NOTHING!

But enough complaining. I am going to walk one mile on my street today because it's flatter than the rest of our area. I can hardly wait. YIPEE!!!

OK. I'm done now. :D
