This was yesterday's food:
B - Cherry Pie Crockpot oats, very small amt. of maple sugar
L - shredded salad, roasted vegetables (parsnips, Brussels sprouts, white potatoes) with some Bragg's
snacks during the day: banana, apple, 2 corn tortillas with 1/2 cup refried beans
S - Delicious chop suey and baked "egg" rolls by recipes from Sandie's site.
http://www.geocities.com/sandieb101/Chopsuey.html I also made some sweet and sour sauce to go with but it wasn't real successful, too sour. This meal was one of the best I've made as a McDougaller and we will be repeating it soon!
I have a feeling that I overdid the Bragg's and have gained some water weight so am going no where near the scales today! Oh well, it was worth it!
