s: tangerine
d: roasted veggies (potatoes, onions, yellow zucchini, bell pepper)

Hope you feel better soon!

B - Had a big, beautiful organic Bartlett pear, 1/2 an orange, 1/2 a banana and some orange juice.

S - An apple with some dates

L - Steamed veggies

D - Big salad, carrot juice, and Microwaved Ratatouille (Quick and Easy, pg.199) I made this last night, adding some tomato sauce and wors. sauce drizzled over it. It was a hit. So weré having it again tonight. :)

B - breakfast bar (not McDougall approved) I was on the run this morning, so I grabbed one of my DH's bars.

L - Sandwich (again on the run, white bread, lettuce, tomato, and pickles with mustard) At least the little cafe made me a veggie sandwich.

D - Baked potato with baked beans and veggie salad (I finally am home, so I'll have a yummy meal)

S - Popcorn, apple
