Walking to work, then walking around the very large building in which I work. Maybe qigong for stretch after work.

30 min. gazelle

Run 30 min outside

Walk 30 min treadmill

A couple of glute exercises

Stretches

Did some stretching, push ups, a few crunches.

Worked out on the soloflex, only doing 2 sets of each exercise, 8-10 reps.

Will walk one mile later.

Boy, does it feel good to get back into MOVIN! :-D
