L - cabbage soup, maybe a baked potato if I'm needing more starch but the soup has kidney beans in it

S - ??????

snacks - apple, mixed raw salad

L - brown bagging it - veggie sandwich and an apple

D - leftover baked beans, steamed cauliflower, and leftover buckwheat

S - popcorn

I'm going to the International Quilt Show in Houston today. So many quilts, so little time. :)

B- Oatmeal w/berries

L- Potato/cabbage soup

D- Roasted potatoes

Snack- banana

Drink- water :-D

B-banana, oatmeal
L-Vegetable Soup from McDougall MWL book pg.232-one of my favorites
S: puffed rice with rice milk
D:Baked potato, french style string beans, chickpeas
S: apple

Yesterday was a good day. I made a big batch of soup and removed some residual problem foods from my kitchen. :-)

L - Making some soup - not sure what kind yet, and some homemade brown bread.

D - Salad and mashed potatoes.

No one likes a smarty pants! LOL!

Actually, several of my friends are there this week, but my DH has his LAST commander's conference this week so I'm the parent-in-charge. Next year, though, Houston better watch out! GRIN.
