Who's Movin' on Thursday?

Since we've moved to the new board, I thought I'd be the first one to post "Who's Movin,'" even though I posted my exercise for today on the other board this morning!! :-D

I did 60 min. of T'ai Chi today.

30 minute walk this morning...then lots of housecleaning this afternoon! LOL :-D
