Hi, I didn't see this topic from the old message board. So thought I'd start it.

For today -

drinks - Rooibos tea, spring water

B - yellow corn grits, vegan fat free gravy, vegan bacon bits
S - banana-flax-lime smoothie
L - Steamed Jasmine rice with green pepper, celery, onion, jalapeno, shiitake mushrooms
S - pomegranate
D - McD Black Bean soup, lettuce wrap with strips of veggies

L-potato/cabbage soup

D-Roasted vegetables

Water to drink, maybe some green tea 8)

B:apple,blueberries, chopped romaine lettuce , cucumber and ground flaxseed with cinnamon and nutmeg
L:large salad with kidney beans
D:steamed broccoli and green peas,large salad,plain brown rice cakes with cucumber and tomato slices

D - veggie chili over brown rice (or a potato)

S - maybe popcorn with a few raisins

B: Crockpot Cherry pie oats with teaspoon maple syrup

L: leftover McDougall pizza with whole wheat crust

D: potatoes and salad

snack: apples, few raisins, baked tortilla chips and salsa

banana, peach, blueberry smoothie
quick oats
sweet potato and kale with bbq sauce
squash soup, broccoli, cabbage, and mung beans with soy sauce
very small bowl of vanilla soy delicious with strawberries

Breakfast ---Oatmeal w/raisins & banana
Lunch ---Running errands--so---probably burrito, or salad, tater or
whatever suits my mood depending on where I am.
Dinner-------"fridge dump"------leftover---taco bake, potato/cabbage soup,
steamed veggies(cabbage,zucchini,taters)& whatever else
might be "lurking" in the fridge!!
Snacks--------fruit, popcorn....?

Breakfast: coffee and sinfully rich baked goods that were in the office kitchenette
Lunch: leftover colcannon
Dinner: haven't decided yet...whatever is easy to heat and eat from the fridge.
