My bike should be coming today! I'm so excited to put it together and ride it on my rest days. All the bikes have been out of stock for quite some time so I'm really looking forward to riding. I haven't owned a bike in 6 years!

My bike did come! There are some issues which is disappointing but I was still able to take it for a spin. It feels good having another form of movement in my life. Today was emotionally stressful with my family but ended better than I thought it would. Life is hard sometimes.
I was listening to my body a lot more today and giving it what it needed instead of junk I was craving.
