While I didn't lose as much as you I lost a lot on this way of eating (testimonial in the link below) and it was great, for years . And then the creep began...it started with a bit of coconut cream and frozen fruit made into ice cream.....and ended up back being vegetarian. Still lots of home cooking, but the oils were back, and butter, and baking with eggs....it took a number of years to creep back to this point and I haven't really gained weight...but my health has taken a dive. So I too am back again.
Its so silly isn it? We know what to do and why and choose not to. Have you listened to Doug Lisle? At the moment I am listening to one of his talks or podcasts or whatever daily as I do my chores. I find him very helpful.
Planning also helps, although I am bad at it, and I also keep a list of compliant snacks on the fridge door, so when that moment strikes there is a nice list of good choices.
