Today sucked. Fortunately one bad day isn't the end of things.
Plan for tomorrow:
Oatmeal for breakfast
Buffalo chickpea chili from the FoK planner for lunch
Salad for dinner with dry roasted beans for croutons

Feeling good today. One bad meal isn't the end of the world. Better one bad meal than two, better 90% compliant than to give up at one slip and make it 0%.
Weight: 301 (down 4 this week; 4 total)
Blood sugar 312

So excited. My partner came home from the doc today. His A1C is slightly high. Like a good partner, I asked what foods he would like me to cook to help him heal. He said "I think really now that the holidays are over and we're not eating **** it will be fine. Besides, the stuff you want to cook for us is better for me than the stuff I would ask for, so go for it."
So I have the go-ahead to keep to McDougally cooking for us both!!!
