I have a block of tofu that I bought to make salad dressing. It is "lite" silken tofu, and I used about one third of it for one recipe. Can I keep it in a covered dish with water to cover it in the refrigerator for quite a while, or does it have a time limit?
I also have some soba noodles that I've been wanting to try but am wondering if they have a different taste. They certainly look odd and my family is sort of not wanting me to feed them these things! I am brave though, after finally finding a recipe that contains tofu that I actually like, I'm ready to try these noodles. I must have seen a recipe for them and that's why I bought them, but don't know now where that recipe actually is.
