Thank you for asking after us Donna !Since my allergic reaction,I have adhered to the Elimination Diet strictly and feel great eating this way.I will keep on it for awhile longer just to clear my system.I'm terrified to try flaxseed again at this point!
I really appreciate you checking in on Sheri and me!
