I’m wondering if anyone has some insight: after eating non-complaint treats (stressful job) my bloodwork reflected it. I buckled down, redid bloodwork 3 months later and numbers dropped EXCEPT LDL. Is this a problem? Should I be concerned? I’m continue to following the plan 100% and will redo blood work again.

VLDL: 33-19
