Gastroparisis

Very long story short, I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe gastroparisis. The treatment diet of which is low fiber/low residue. I followed this for two months and felt awful. I’m transitioning to the Forks Over Knives diet, but I’m concerned about the fiber content. I’ve been miserable for a week after eating something that’s not digesting, so now I’m afraid to eat anything at all. Advice?

I hope someone who has or had gastroparisis has helpful information for you. In the meantime, I would book a phone consultation with one of the plant based medical doctors.
