Hi, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) several weeks after my second vaccination. I've been eating only anti-inflammatory diet and have improved a lot. I'm tryng to get off Prednisone, which caused other problems. Am I correct that both McDougall food programs are anti-inflammatory? Any hints what would be the most advantageous foods to consume?
Happy McDougalling!

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. I was previously diagnosed with PMR - Diagnosis since changed. Anti inflammatory can be individualized based on having a food intolerance test - or generic like people who say avoid lectins. There is a book called the Elimination Diet to help you find your own triggers which I found useful. Takes alot of discipline but gives you real answers specific to your biology. Best wishes ( and if you are like me Thank goodness winter is over)
