Hi all,
I usually have some sort of nuts with my breakfast. Today, I did not. I realized later in the day that I was not having pain in my feet, shoulders and neck, which I've been suffering with for many months.
Is it possible I have a sensitivity to nuts and it's making me have inflammation and pain? Has anyone else experienced this?
Or is it oxalate sensitivity?
