I am a very healthy woman way past menapase. And I have not had sex for 3 years during covid. I am in a relationship now and my partner did get tested for any possible STD ANDis all clear. But trying to have sex is very painful. I used to use a cream that a plant based Dr suggested as safe and it worked for the dryness. During covid I threw it out. Is there a vaginal cream that is safe. I use Astro glude but does not help. Very painful to have intercourse. Impossible actually. Please tell me what cream if any I can safely use

The only thing that helped me was getting an RX for a compounded gel with low dose Estriol, using it about 3-4x a week, vaginally.
It plumps things up and makes things more normal, although it's not perfect. Check with a doc that prescribes natural hormones.
