It's not recommend that you drink your calories, and it's easy to see how it could add up quickly with this product, so this is one you should probably try to stay away from. There is a product called wonderslim cocoa powder which is supposed to be fat free.
Dr McDougall recommends we do not use any kind of plant milks as beverages...only minimal amounts atop your oatmeal, for example. Many here including myself do not use plant milks at all, or use watered-down versions.
