Here is my plan. 1lb of veggies for breakfast followed by a starch when I get hungry. Lunch is going to be a huge salad with 1/2c beans and/or starch. Fruit for a snack. I'm wondering if I eliminate the starches at night if that will help. Maybe just not have too much starch and more veggies.
What do you think?
