So I've been following the plant based lifestyle for the last 3 months and all I can say is WOW. I've listed some of the accomplishments below which is (I hope) enough reason for you to get moving on this journey
-I'm down about 80 pounds (from 315 to 235 as of this morning)
--down from a 2x to large size shirt
--down from a 46 pant to a 38 pant
-I'm off all HBP medication
-My ankle joints are pain free
-I have more energy for my kids than I've had in a long time
-I run... like actually run for fun
-My mental health has improved tremendously
-My chest pains which used to worry me are, for the most part, gone
-I eat a lot more

We're still not done though. This isn't a 'set it and forget it' adjustment. We still have a lot of work to do; both mentally and physically. I'm continuing to push myself so that my body is in the best shape of my life and so that I'm inspiration for many of you out there.
I just want to let anyone know that all things are possible with a little dedication and mind trickery. If you have the right inspiration and motivators in your life, you can do anything. This is no different. IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE and stop relying on the doctor to tell you what you need to do. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. It is time to wake up before it's too late!
