Just wondering, is there an update on the use of plant based yogurts and milks on MWL. I recently found a plant based Greek Style Yogurt, 68 calories per 100g and was wondering if this would be compliant.
Thank you.

Might need a little more info, what is the fat content per 100g? Can you paste the ingredient list here?

Not recommended, especially for MWL.
It is basically thickened liquid calories, which we avoid.
