What a great presentation!! Can't believe I hadn't watched it before. I've been eating the food for every day 10 years, eating a lot and gaining no weight. But I didn't really know how to explain calorie density technically. People think I can eat potatoes all day because I'm a hyperactive genetic freak. That could be true, but it's not why I'm thin.
