I really think Vitamin D supplementation is important. Like I said before, I noticed a dramatic change in my "winter health" when I supplemented, and plan to conitnue doing so.

I wish Dr. McDougall would endorse this good practice, as I imagine that it's an issue that faces many.

I thought Dr. McDougall says Vitamin D supplementation is not good unless you have health issues, etc. I know people with MS can sometimes take as much as 5,000 daily.

I also read that D2 can be toxic.
