Elimination Diet - need to test condiment as 'new food'?

Hello, everyone! I'm new and have been looking at some posts on elimination diet. I've only done it for 8 days (today's the 8th day).

As I've no issues in the first week, I'm adding 'new' food - soy sauce today to the elimination diet. Could I do that or am I supposed to use only salt while I'm on the elimination diet? So far I've not seen any posts about testing each condiment in the elimination diet. Just wonder if someone could clarify. Thank you. All the best with managing your conditions and be healthy! :)
