Bunso, you’re back! Yay! I’m pretty sure it’s exclusively online but from what I’ve heard, even more effective.

The 12 day program is online. I have signed up for the 12 day program for the January session.

Hi Buns! I just completed the 12-Day program via Zoom in May. I was truly amazed how personal the experience felt, even though we were all in our respective homes in front of computer screens. I have attended a variety of meetings and conferences via Zoom since the pandemic hit, and I have never attended a conference that was this well done, or that felt this personal. If it were just the lectures, it might not feel that way. But there are daily 1 on 1 checkins with your assigned support specialist. There are 1 on 1 appointments with Dr. Lim. There are daily informal group meetings with just the peer group of students - it was great exchanging info about the experience and getting to know the fellow class mates. I also loved the daily "fireside chats" with Dr. and Mary McDougall, with the opportunity to ask any questions we had.

In my opinion, Heather and team are totally dialed in on "how to effectively run a Zoom conference."

This program was totally life-changing for me. I struggled for YEARS to gain compliance on this program. I am now over 3 months with full compliance, and it feels effortless. I'm not sure exactly what combination of factors created this "secret sauce" for me. But it has truly been like magic. I feel there is astonishing value in the 12-day program and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled to get "all in" or who just wants to more deeply connect with the McDougall lifestyle. (or who has specific medical problems - several in my peer group with significant medical issues felt very good about the support and education and results achieved.)

I could go on and on, but I wanted to especially address your very legit question about whether this can be effective as a Zoom thing.
