Although technical in nature, this message is posted on this forum since I was not able to locate a specialized forum for technical issues. I have recently attempted to log into my "z a b" username after several years of no activity and was locked due to a failure to recall my password. Since my account was blocked, it seems I cannot request to reset my password, resulting in an unsolvable situation. I created this account in order to inquire regarding this technical issue.
