Erythritol (Stevia) dangers.

I don't know why they mentioned keto as it doesn't have anything directly to do with the study.

You're welcome. That doctor has a great channel. I would love to see him and Dr. McDougall in a discussion.
I just read that a small study in which people took 30 grams of erythritol and their body's level of it went up by 1000x. There is more to it, of course, that was one result. How much is 30 grams? Over 7 teaspoons! That's a lot.

You also have to wonder, since it's a newly popular product how the study was funded and other similar motivators for the attention. Regardless, I am allergic to Stevia (gums swell up past my teeth if I accidentally drink something with it added) so I have been avoiding it.
