Dr. McDougall's Online Discussion Board

Hi everyone, I've once watched a video on the importance of eating bulk.

It was a long presentation (30 - 60 minutes) by one of Dr. McDougall's colleagues and really hits home on the bulk food concept, and I'm pretty sure it was during one of the McDougall Advanced Study Weekends.

I want to show it to a friend but I cannot find it anymore on Youtube.

What a great presentation!! Can't believe I hadn't watched it before. I've been eating the food for every day 10 years, eating a lot and gaining no weight. But I didn't really know how to explain calorie density technically. People think I can eat potatoes all day because I'm a hyperactive genetic freak. That could be true, but it's not why I'm thin.

I will share this video, in the rare event of my ever meeting any other Wisconsinites who would contemplate a non-C.R.A.P. diet.

On a SAD note, the annual bratwurst and beer festival will be taking place soon here, and the crowds will huge. In every way Wish they would just eat the sauerkraut and corn, but Not Gonna Happen.
