UGH, Im the only one with a gain for the week. Its good and bad. I decided to jump on the scale last Sunday, just to see, and was 2 pounds heavier from Saturday. Thats the bad.....the good is, I stayed the same all week. But still the bad is Im still up none the same. :(

Just too calorie dense. I know what I need to do. I just need to do it.

Good point - we've nearly surpassed March's losses and we're not even quite half way through April. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder and if you can't reach, get a relative to do it for you :D

I think I'm back to where I was before vacation. I'm down 0.9 this week:

4/7/2016 219.3 (-2.0)
4/14/2016 218.4 (-0.9)

It's really tough these days. Hope we all have a great week. Congratulations to all us losers!

Down 4 pounds this week. My clothes are starting to feel looser. I have a bit more energy now, which is helping me to stay disciplined to hitting the treadmill nearly every day.

Exactly 1 week ago I weighed 181.4
Today - 179.8

1.5 lb loss. Better than a kick in the teeth.

I am sick this week with bronchitis. Only managed to exercise one day. Food is on program but I am up. I haven't felt like eating much- lots of brothy miso-y soups.
Up 1.9 pounds.

The last few pounds to goal have been a real challenge for me, but with the nicer weather and longer days I know I will get there.
