Sad Face! I'm up 1.4 pounds. Every little thing seems to affect me at this weight! Overwork seems to make me overeat (bread and peanut butter)--and I'm short-handed at work, and stressed. But I will keep going!

I hope everyone else had a good week.

I was 151.4 this morning. Last week I was 151.8, so down by .4 lbs. Slow, but headed in the right direction.

December 6, 2013 - 209.5
December 14, 2013 - 211.4
December 21, 2013 - 211.4
December 28, 2013 - 213.6
January 04, 2014 - 212.0
January 10, 2014 - 210.2
February 14, 2014 - 214.6
February 21, 2014 - 212.4

Down 2.2 pounds, yay!

LtL - good on your weight loss - I laughed hard about the size 16 jeans - I am wearing those now and just hate, hate hate it! But worse yet I know these are even vanity sized, as I measured my old size 10's against the "new" size 10's of the same brand I wear now and there is a 2 inch difference width wise (not circumference wise) between them - wow!

Frozenveg - so sorry that things are hard for you at work now - and boy does that stress mess with us. I hope things improve for you soon.

I had good weight loss for me this week but it would have been better... though I am being really controlled and the ED I am on really eliminates my cravings all together - I experimented this week by one disallowed MWL food and one disallowed ED ( FODMAPS) food. The weight jumped right up as you can see on my weight chart.

I wanted to know what will happen to me weight-wise when I am challenging food two weeks from now as the first food is BREAD! Plus I wanted to know what happens weight-wise when I eat a food that I am intolerant too. I found out this week I am intolerant to chard (bummer) a perfectly allowable MWL food that causes me again to GAIN weight and also get plenty sick eating it.

I am really sad to see chard go - it's been a nutritious staple this time of year and it's colors are so cheerful - but it's likely true I have not been loosing weight due to my food intolerances.

I'm at 183.6 this week, which is down .2. I did have one reading at 182.8 earlier in the week, but am happy just to be down.

Is it too late to join in for February?! If not, I started at 133.8lbs last Friday and was at 131.8lbs today, so I lost 2lbs this week. Not bad considering I only smartened up with my eating on Monday. :-D

I am down .5 lbs this week. I now weigh 118. I can't seem to lose this month. It's disappointing since I was 117 a few weeks ago.

0 loss or gain this week. Not feeling well = few workouts. It makes a big difference for me. Oh well. At least I didn't go on a comfort food bender, because mac-n-cheese sounds pretty darned good right now. Fortunately, I know how completely terrible I would feel for the next 1 or 2 days. I also can't stop being disgusted by the thought of eating dairy. I've known it's disgusting for a long time, but I'm losing my ability to detach. Husband is going to make a McDougall pizza for us. :D

Down only 1/4 pound this week. A bit discouraged though. Following program meticulously and seems as though weight loss should be a lot faster since I am only 5'1" tall and weigh just shy of 200 pounds. Trying to stay positive. Wishing everyone a good week.

JAN. 10.....207 1/2
JAN. 17.....205

I am posting a bit early due to leaving town in the AM and no access to the computer. I finally lost 2.5 lbs which puts me at 115.5. Yea! Patience pays off!
