2. How much has your health has improved since starting? (weight loss, lowered cholesterol etc.)
Lost 8lbs since stating MWL 170-162
3. What are your goals? Loose 37 more lbs (162 to 125), lower my cholesterol from 227 to150
4. What is your favorite Mcdougall MLW food?
Baked potato slices with a little salt dipped in spicy mustard
