Try Corn Thins, I think they are made by Real Foods. They are similar to rice cakes, a little thinner, MUCH tastier and crisper. Just puffed corn in the shape of a patty. I eat these a lot, with fruit, with marinara, with salsa, stews, etc. I have replaced bread, toast, and crackers with them. (And I didn't even eat those items very often, but I eat corn thins every day now. They're awesome!)
