Wild Idea

I just finished the Mary Mini for almost three weeks. It went really well. I lost 12 lbs.
My idea is to set up a McDougall Retreat at Home.
1. Read and Study- His Maxium Weight Loss Book.

2.I plan to cook his receipes that I got off the internet-What they will be serving at the The Marimun Wightloss Week-end Menu.

3. Plan to set up my own exercise plan.

I plan to do this two weeks.

Anyone want to have a wild ride?

Sounds like fun. Two weeks is totally do-able for me. I might not be able to follow the menu exactly, but I'm sure I can at least do something comparable. When do you think you want to start?

You pick out your own receipes from his books or off line. Just have to be 100% McDougall.

I printed out the sample menus from the MWL program (on the McDougall site) and I'm definitely going to be doing this when I'm done with Mary's Mini. What a great idea! :-D

Spanish rice-p 94 Quick in Easy- NOT spicy.
I lost a lb. One more lb and I will be at 310- which will be 22 lbs since
1-1-07
