Nervous about starting the MWL program.......

Hey everyone
I read Dr. M's book on MWL a few months ago and tried it for about a week but I didnt give it a whole hearted attempt. I guess I had a hard time grasping the concept of not needing to count calories and what not. I think I may be ready to give it another shot though. Do any of you have any suggestions or recommendations that may help my 2nd attempt be a successful one? Thanks in advance
