Hey everyone :-D
I read Dr. M's book on MWL a few months ago and tried it for about a week but I didnt give it a whole hearted attempt. I guess I had a hard time grasping the concept of not needing to count calories and what not. I think I may be ready to give it another shot though. Do any of you have any suggestions or recommendations that may help my 2nd attempt be a successful one? Thanks in advance :D

MWL vs. Regular?

Why are you starting the MWL rather than the regular program?

My understanding is that the MWL is usually for people who have conscientiously, and without exception, followed the regular program (which includes daily exercise) and can't lose fat fast enough.

I too would do the regular program first. If that doesn't work for you, you can then go MWL. I do the regular with occassional days of MWL. It has worked out fine for me. Since I had a lot to lose, I needed something that would keep me going for the long run. Now that I'm used to eating this way, I find it very satisfing and easy.

From years of counting calories, I understand where you are coming from. Letting that go is hard. Relax and enjoy the freedom!

Good luck.
