My Whole February

This is my journal of an unprocessed month of February. So, why is it here and not under the Journal topic? I'm going to adhere to MWL - that should qualify!
I've done this a couple of times before. The first time a few years back as part of a group challenge. I'm going to eat as close to "whole" as I can for the month. I'm going to record what I eat daily. I'm going to weigh myself every day (except that I forgot to this morning). I know there's differing opinions on frequency of weighing, but daily works for me.
Why is this month different than the way I always eat? I've been eating bread lately. When I was a SAD eater, and you asked my what my favorite food was, "toast" would have been the reply. Of course, back them toast meant toast and butter, sometimes with jelly. I no longer eat butter, I still seem to really like toast. When I say toast, I mean
these Ezekiel english muffins.
Also, I've put on a few pounds during this pandemic. Time to tighten up the program!

Breakfast:
Steamed spinach
Steel cut oats with Blueberries
Lunch:
Leftover brussel sprouts.
Brown rice and beans
Afternoon snack: an apple
Dinner:
Cauliflower taco stuff over brown rice and beans
Dessert: 1 Sumo
The cauliflower taco stuff is cauliflower, corn and onions with taco seasoning.

Mid - morning snack:
1 Sumo
Lunch:
Brussel sprouts
Brown rice and beans with salsa
Mid-afternoon snack:
3 small boiled redskin potatoes
Dinner:
Broccoli and cauliflower
Brussel sprouts
1 1/2 baked potatoes
Nighttime snack:
1 apple
Weight: 152.2 lbs.

So for so good Landog! It looks like some great MWL eating there. Your weight looks pretty respectable. What's your height?

Hi Drew!
Last I checked, I was 5' 9"
I guess I should see if I started shirking yet!
My scale says that I have a 22.4 BMI.

Afternoon: 1/2 baked potato
Dinner:
Broccoli and cauliflower
Circle fries
Evening: 1 Sumo
Today's weight: 152 lbs.

It's unusual - I'd say unheard of - that I would not eat a Sumo during Sumo season, but today was that day.

It's day 5 already. The scale is staying pretty even. Scales are unpredictable, it seems!
Breakfast:

Mashed potatoes
an apple
Afternoon
2 small boiled potatoes
Dinner,
Steamed cauliflower
1 1/2 baked potatoes.
Two days in a row with no Sumo. What is happening here?
Scale says 152.0 lbs.

Guess what I had for Breakfast:
Steamed spinach
Steel cut oats with Blueberries
Lunch:
Salad (well, a bowl of iceberg lettuce)
Leftover 1/2 baked potato and 2 boiled potatoes cut up and reheated in a pan
carrots, celery and radishes
Afternoon Sumo!
Dinner:
steamed broccoli
circle fries
Scale: 151.1 lbs.
