MWL Meal Ideas!

Brown rice w/ fresh spinach & mushrooms sauteed in FF veggie broth.
Chili tacos
Dry fried potatos w/ peppers & onions
Banana Coladas (frozen banana w/ tbl frozen pineapple juice + water) blended.

FF Chili:
1 15oz can kindney beans
1 15oz can pinto beans
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1 5 oz can tomato sauce
1 4oz can green chilis
1 onion, minced
2 stakles celery, minced
2T chili powder (or more)
2t cumin
1-2 cups water depending on thickness wanted

Simmer for an hour.

Enchiladas too. Forgot that. Mmmmmm

Just corn tortillas, pimto beans and enchilada sauce and/or salsa.

I bought a great salt free salsa at the Health Fod Store. Enrico's is the brand. I tasted it right with a regular sodium salsa and could not tell the difference. :D
