God, yes! I look like a shar pei after a rainstorm.
If I had skin removal surgery I would probably drop below 120 pounds easily.
Don't care. In the summer I wear short sleeved tee shirts and bermuda shorts and no one sees my elephant thighs and bat-wings.
I do hate the 'turkey neck' though.
