A plug for adherence over time

I just had my best blood test ever:

TC=127
HDL=61
TRG=47
LDL=57
GLU=83

These are even better numbers than I had upon completion of my 10-day program two years ago this month. So what that says to me is that things just continue to improve, if you keep on keepin' on.

Karen in Tennessee, those are great numbers and an inspiration for me, because my lab results from a recent routine test are bad! Thank you for posting and I'm going to use the link to your Star McDougaller profile right now!

Great work Karen. Your Star McDougall video is one of my regular motivation moments. As a side note you know the next Advanced Study Weekend is in February, right? Ornish and Barnard.
