life is great

I have been eating a WFPB diet for almost 2 years and I feel great. I maintain a healthy weight with little effort. I eat large volumes of food, never weighing or measuring a thing. I have lots of energy and exercise daily, alternating between running, walking and biking. I don't get stressed or sweat the small stuff, I am relaxed, calm and happy. If I don't eat junk then I don't feel like junk, physically or mentally. I look forward to each day and the quality of life I have ahead of me.
