5 Years and Getting Better

I am a thin guy and have been vegetarian for 16 years and went vegan 6 months ago. I first heard about the McDougall program 10 years ago from a book in the library. I think it must have been his first book out and I may try to get a copy of the original. 5 years ago I decided to give more closely follow the McDougall Program. For the first few years I was consumed about how much protein to get since I do strength training. Over the course of the following years I realized that I just needed to eat the starches and my nutrients would be met. I gained more strength and size( some lost due to absence of gym from Pandemic ). I did add some healthy fats but no longer worry about counting protein each meal. The McDougall Program has worked wonders for me and I hope many other discover it as well.
