eBook I Can't Access

I recently ordered a DVD and eBook. Got the DVD, but didn't realize I only had 24 hours to grab my eBook. I missed the window. So I paid for it, yet can't access it. I had wanted to take it with me on vacation (tomorrow). Darn! Has anyone experienced this?
