Hi I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I ordered the 12 day maximum weight loss program and have playing around with it.

I have been a vegetarian over 20 years and a vegan over 5 years.

BUT, I have been a junk food vegan. I am happy to say that I have given up the caffeine (who knew that could be done) and I am eating more vegetables.

I use to eat chips and salsa and p.b.&j, now I am starting to eat less fruit and more veggies. feeling a lot better.

I have always eaten a lot of lentils and other legumes so I am good there.

coming off a long lasting foot injury and hoping to get more exercise in.

Welcome, govegan. It sounds like you are honestly through a lot of hurdles--ditching the caffeine and being vegan already are a couple of aces up your sleeve. :thumbsup: I am sure with just a bit of tweaking you will be well on your way to better health. Welcome again. :D
