Gnocchi

I see Gnocchi's are allowed, which I love. Would these be used in a 1:1 ratio with vegetables, also with some added complex carbs?

Depend...

Depends on which program you are following, the regular to the MWL and which Gnocchi you buy. :)

If you are on the regular program, then yes, then are allowed as long as you find them without and oil added. Whole grain is preffered

If you are on the MWL program, then they can be included as the starch part of the 50/50 plate if you can find any made without any added flour, which may be an issue as I think most are, or you make them yourself without any added flours.
